His Honor Vasco M. Brown, Sr. Is the Stipendiary Magistrate for the Buchanan City Court in Grand Bassa County Liberia. He is a graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law at the University of Liberia
Magistrate Brown also serves as Second Vice President for Magistrate Affairs of the National Association of Trial Judges of Liberia (NATJL). He is among the first cohort of graduates from the professional Magistrate Training Program (PMTP) at the James A.A. Pierre Judicial Institute, the Judiciary’s principal institution for judicial education and professional development
