Magistrate Julius G. Diggs

BIOGRAPHY OF JULIUS GERALD DIGGS Julius Gerald Diggs is a Liberian legal practitioner and Associate Magistrate from Grand Bassa County, with extensive experience in judicial service and legal practice. He earned his High School Diploma from SDA Buchanan in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Liberia in 2009. In 2017, he graduated from the James A. A. Pierre Judicial Institute, Cycle II, and has since served at the Buchanan City Magisterial Court. In 2024, he earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia. Following his successful completion of the Bar Examinations, he was admitted to the Grand Bassa County Bar on February 10, 2026. Julius currently serves as Financial Secretary of the National Association of Trial Judges of Liberia, where he contributes to the advancement of judicial professionalism and the interests of trial judges. Beyond his professional service, he is a devoted husband and father of two children and a Christian of the Baptist faith. His personal and professional philosophy is: “Search your conscience; be sure you are doing the right thing.”
